Terms of use

1. The software

Apollo Studio is a plugin for Roblox Studio. It runs Luau in the place you have open and shows the output in a dock widget. It does not attach to the Roblox Player, does not run in a live game, and does not include an anti-cheat bypass.

It is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Roblox Corporation. You must also comply with Roblox's own terms and community rules.

The plugin is under active development. The status table lists what works and what does not. You are using the version that exists, not a roadmap.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin with the Studio account the key is bound to. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the plugin or any part of it as your own product.

A beta key is bound to the first Studio account that activates it. Using it from a different account is refused. Installing the plugin on another PC is fine as long as it is the same Studio account.

3. Keys and the free beta

Beta keys are free, last 14 days, and are issued by the plugin through the licence API. One key per Studio account. Pressing Beta again returns the same key; it does not extend it.

Treat a key like a password. We may revoke a key for abuse of the licence service, sharing it outside the permitted account, or attempts to attack the infrastructure.

The beta may be capped, paused, or closed at any time. A key that has been issued still runs to its expiry unless it is revoked for abuse.

4. Payments

There are no payments during the free beta. No card details are collected, and nothing renews or charges automatically. If a paid version opens later, prices and terms will be posted before any checkout is enabled, and no beta user will be charged without an explicit purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Apollo Studio to:

• break the law, or harm, harass, or defraud other people;
• attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the licence service;
• resell access, share keys beyond the bound account, or include the plugin in another product;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• run malicious code against other people's places or accounts.

6. Risk and your place

A script runs with plugin-level access to the open place. It can create, change, or delete anything the plugin can reach. Back up your place before running code you did not write, and only run code you trust.

This is a Studio tool. It does not modify the Roblox Player and carries no in-game ban risk from injection. Using it may still engage Roblox's terms, and you are responsible for how you use it.

7. Availability and warranty

The plugin is provided "as is" during a free beta. We do not warrant that it will work with every Studio version, every place, or every configuration, or that it will be uninterrupted. Studio updates can break it, and fixes take time.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the key, which is zero during the beta. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The operator's legal entity and address will be published here before any paid version opens.
