Privacy

1. What we collect

When the plugin activates or re-checks a key, the licence API receives:

• the licence key you entered or the plugin requested;
• a device id derived from your Studio account (or a random id stored in Studio's plugin settings if the account id is unavailable);
• the plugin version;
• timestamps of activation, last seen, and activation count;
• your IP address, as seen by Cloudflare, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

We do not receive your scripts, your place contents, your Roblox password, your email, or your payment details. There are no payments in the beta.

2. Why we use it

• To issue a key, bind it to one Studio account, and check that it is valid.
• To rate-limit activations and beta requests so one person cannot exhaust the service.
• To investigate abuse, revoked keys, or attacks on the licence infrastructure.

Where data protection law applies, the basis is performance of the licence agreement and our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and abuse-free.

3. Where and how long

Licence records are stored in Cloudflare D1, in the Worker's configured region, and served through Cloudflare Workers. Access is limited to the operator.

• Licence records (key, device id, plan, expiry, activation timestamps): kept until the key expires, then for up to 90 days for support and abuse records.
• Session tokens: valid for 120 seconds, deleted hourly.
• Rate-limit counters: short-lived, keyed by IP or device, and not used for profiling.
• Cloudflare logs: retained according to Cloudflare's own settings for the account.

4. Sharing

We do not sell data. Cloudflare processes it as our hosting and database provider. We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to prevent a concrete attack on the service.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, trackers, or advertising scripts. The key checker sends the key you type to the licence API and stores nothing in your browser. The plugin stores your key and settings locally in Roblox Studio's plugin settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to processing. Email support@apollo-lua.xyz and include the key so we can find the record. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. Roblox accounts require users to be 13 or older. If you believe a child under 13 has used the service, contact us and we will remove the record.

8. Changes

We may update this page. Material changes will be posted with a new date. If a paid version opens, the payment provider's data handling will be described here before checkout is enabled.
